When will my order ship?
I try to ship your order as soon as possible. In-stock items usually ship the same or next working day. Orders are shipped with PostNL, DPD or DHL, depending on destination and speed.
Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands: 1 working day
• EU: 2–7 working days
• Worldwide: 1–2 weeks
How much does shipping cost?
• Netherlands: free on all orders
• EU: free on orders over €120 / €12 under €120
• Worldwide: free on orders over €150 / €19 under €150
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to reach out for a custom quote.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If you’re not fully happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. No questions asked. After notifying me, you’ll have 14 more days to send it back. As soon as I’ve received it in original condition, I’ll refund the full product price (shipping excluded).
Returns are at your own cost. Please include all original packaging as much as you can. To start a return, send an email to info@berdine.shop.
What if the item is damaged?
If a product arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please get in touch when you receive your order. I’ll make it right. If you’ve handled the product more than necessary and there’s visible damage or wear, I may deduct part of the refund to cover loss of value. Thanks for understanding.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you’re welcome to exchange an item. Just email info@berdine.shop with your request. The return shipping is on me for orders from the Netherlands. For orders outside of the Netherlands, please contact me, and we will find a solution together.
I entered the wrong shipping address - help!
Please contact me as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll update the address right away. If it has, we’ll see what can be done.
Is your shipping & return policy sustainable?
I do my best to keep things light – for you and for the planet. That means using plastic-free, recyclable packaging, and keeping transport emissions low by shipping in batches and small packages.
Because each item is made to last, I hope it becomes something you want to keep and care for. And because you can take your time to consider your purchase, I hope returns stay the exception. A thoughtful purchase is always the most sustainable one.
